Scientifically Supported Shape

The Insite® patent pending shape used for our insoles was developed with the help of podiatrists to help set the foot in the optimum position for balance and stability.

This allowed us to develop a shape designed to support 85% of wearers.

 

Ongoing Research

During an ongoing study, our resident podiatrist, Dr. Von Homer, M.Sc, BOCPD, PhD. is testing whether proper support of the foot in its most dynamic natural position can improve both neuromuscular activity and reduce the occurrence of injuries. By working with 8 different collegiate schools in various sporting activities he is seeing a strong positive correlation in injury prevention year over year.

COLLEGIATE INJURY PREVENTION FINDINGS

Whether in dynamic or static movement environments, consistent use of insoles with a proper underfoot shape are proving to have positive effects on lower extremity movement related injuries. This is relevant because while we may may spend more time watching March Madness than playing in the NCAA, its still possible our movements could be managed more efficiently, ultimately leading to better comfort and relief while you’re on your feet.
